Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use VBER. Young players may be added by a coach or guardian who is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent (see the Privacy Policy).

The core features are free. AI features run on credits; new teams receive some free credits and can top up. We may change features over time.

Credits are bought by an FPS transfer and uploading the payment screenshot for verification. Credits are for use within the app, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be granted after a manual review when automatic verification cannot confirm a payment.

Only enter data you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other teams' data, or upload unlawful content.

AI reports, scouting, fitness analysis, task suggestions and nutrition estimates are generated automatically, are approximate, and are not guaranteed to be accurate. They are not medical, dietary or professional coaching advice. You are responsible for how you use them.

You keep ownership of your team's data. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI outputs.

You may stop using the service and delete your team or account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
